The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Council of Ministers – the Community’s second-highest decision-making organ – is meeting virtually today Friday 15 January 2021, with a packed agenda which include advancing preparations for next month’s Thirty-Second Inter-Sessional Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government.
